With more than 30 years of experience, Susan represents clients in a range of real estate transactions, including financing, leasing, and acquisition and sale transactions. Susan handles most of the residential and commercial real estate closings for the firm. Her financing experience includes representing borrowers and lenders in mortgage loans, and representing institutional lenders in loan workouts, restructures, short sales, deed-in-lieu transactions, and commercial foreclosures. Susan frequently represents business entities in formation issues, contract disputes, and commercial leasing.
